Job Description :

• Assist the Director of Nursing in leading the team to provide safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care to residents and families.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards set by the Ministry of Health and Singapore Nursing Board.
• Lead quality assurance activities, audits, and implement improvements to enhance nursing care.
• Promote evidence-based practices to ensure best practices in nursing care.
• Oversee staff development, including education, competencies, and orientation, while ensuring proper manpower and skill mix for all shifts.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Nursing/ Degree in Nursing
• Full RN Registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Welcome candidates with experience in Dementia, Palliative Care, or Medical-Surgical Specialties.
• Min 3 years of leadership skills
