Job Scope & Responsibilities

The main roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing and setting up rooms, chairs, tables, and equipment for meetings and events
• Replacing faulty ceiling lights/bulbs and replenishing disposable supplies (e.g. toilet rolls, hand towels) in restrooms
• Performing other cleaning and facility-related duties as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to carry items such as GS tables
• Able to speak and understand basic English or Mandarin
• Possesses a positive attitude and is willing to learn
• Training will be provided

Work Schedule

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Tuesday to Sunday)
• Rest Day: Monday
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day; schedule may vary based on event timings, with work not extending beyond 10:30 PM
