We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Owner to lead and guide the transformation of MyCareersFuture portal. In this role, you will lead a team of product owners to work with the Delivery Manager in transforming how individuals navigate their career journeys, creating opportunities for experimentations where possible, thereby building a culture of career planning more expansively. Your product-related decisions will directly impact Singaporeans' career development and planning opportunities whilst meeting government policy and strategic requirements.

• Oversee and guide product discovery manager and product POs to design and execute experiments which validate hypotheses and explore innovative solutions to user problems

- Conceptualise and drive product vision through data-informed roadmaps, balancing quick wins with long-term objectives

- Foster collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring that there is alignment in overall project direction and vision
3. User Centred Design Impact:
- Experience in collaborating with and managing UX designers to create intuitive experiences
- Apply behavioural science and nudge principles to enhance user engagements so as to optimise user behaviours
- Synthesise user research into product decisions for practical feature improvements
- Design and implement effective user-engagement strategies, collaborating with the marketing and leads-gen teams where required.
4. User and Data-driven Product Analytics and Decision Making:
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g. GA4) to measure and optimise product performance, maintaining oversight on deliverables
- Design, create and monitor key product metrics and conversion funnels
- Experience in A/B testing and experimentation to validate product decisions and communicate the findings in an effective manner
- Demonstrated ability to use user feedback and data to support product prioritisation and resource allocation decisions, building team capability to do the same.
5. Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Proven ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders including internal organisational teams, government agencies, and external partners
- Resolve complex user escalations through Level 2 support resolution
- Strong capability in investigating and resolving sensitive complaints
- Skilled in developing standard operating procedures for complaint handling and escalation management
- Demonstrated ability to use customer feedback and complaints to drive product improvements
- Manage crisis communications and time-sensitive escalations with care
- Ability to ensure product alignment with government policy requirements with optimal user experience
6. Innovation and Product Experimentation:
• Initiate and conceptualise product experimentations to identify opportunities for innovation

- Translating complex user needs and government requirements into clear product strategies, having demonstrated this through successful digital product launches
Your experience should include:
- Developing agile product roadmaps that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives
- Creating and refining user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Conducting user research and usability testing to validate product decisions
- Working with agile methodologies and career-related tools in a digital product environment, is also preferred.
