KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Oversee financial health of projects by analysing costs, revenue, risk and pricing
  2. Monitor projects costing versus budget
  3. Develop project-specific cashflow with various stakeholders' input
  4. Update schedules with actual progress and forecast remaining durations, project milestones, and completion dates
  5. Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure all project expenses are captured and properly recorded.
  6. Oversee of sub-contractors & clients progress claim
  7. Review & prepare tender and ad-hoc commercial proposals, inclusive of RFQ issuance, cost analysis with consideration of technical compliance, negotiations, procurement & quantity take-off when required. Assistance on budget preparation upon job award may be required.
  8. Assist on contractual matters such as Performance Bond & Insurance with the relevant PIC.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  1. Min Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  2. Keen to learn, possess positive attitude and able to work independently
  3. No experience required
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy
  5. Competent in MS Excel and Words
