Job Duties and Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
- Formulate and implement commercial business plans to achieve company goals.
- Promote company values, objectives, and growth, and develop department personnel.
- Maintain discipline and cohesiveness in the team, and ensure effective communication.
- Manage business infrastructure, registration with relevant bodies, and maintain customer databases.
- Oversee Budget Management, including man-hour assignments, job planning, and ERP system updates.
- Ensure timely project documentation, service reports, and invoicing.
- Manage accounts receivables and overdue payments.
- Generate revenue forecasts in the absence of the Commercial Officer.
- Maintain marketing tools, develop customer loyalty, and explore new business opportunities.
- Comply with risk assessment responsibilities and perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of senior management experience, including business division management and costing.
- Experience in system management and ISO Management Standards auditing is an advantage (certification not required).
- Strong interpersonal, sales, and emotional intelligence skills.
- Ability to manage by objectives.
