This position plays an important role as tradenet declarants and to ensure timely declaration of custom permits.

We are seeking a meticulous and self-driven individual with an ability to work independently. The individual should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, team player and willingness to go for the extra mile. Individual should also be open minded to adapt to tasks assigned beyond its main responsibilities.

Roles and responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of permit declaration
• ACES submission for Cargo Manifest Declaration
• Preparation of Reports
• Collection of GST, ACES, Certificate of Origin and permit payment from customers
• Keep proper records of all transactions of GST, ACES, Certificate of Origin and permits.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes
• Provide customer service at all times
• Any other duties assigned by Executive Director or Manager

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
• Relevant working experience with knowledge of customs tradenet declaration system.
• Possess Customs Competency Test for Declarants certificate will be an advantage
• PC Literate and proficiency in MS Office
• Able to work in fast pace environment and under tight deadlines
• Ability to problem solve independently
• Team player
