Position Title: Senior Admissions Manager

Reports To: Managing Partner

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the admissions and recruitment team to meet student enrolment targets and strategic outreach goals.
2. Oversee the development and execution of marketing communications across multiple platforms-including social media, digital campaigns, and promotional materials-aligned with SagePaths' branding and student recruitment objectives.
3. Drive content strategy and narrative development for admissions collaterals; liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and quality delivery.
4. Plan and implement local and international outreach activities for undergraduate recruitment, with a strong emphasis on the China market.
5. Monitor and analyse trends in global higher education to shape and refine international recruitment strategies and marketing initiatives.
6. Design and execute innovative outreach campaigns to position SagePaths as a top choice for international study.
7. Manage and analyse admissions data to inform and support strategic decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes.
8. Cultivate relationships with local and international schools, principals, and educators to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
9. Oversee stakeholder account management and provide operational support throughout the admissions cycle, including application processing and selection procedures.
10. Undertake other responsibilities as required in support of the admissions function.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in admissions, marketing, or international education.
• Proven expertise in higher education marketing, student recruitment, and university admissions -- especially in the international education sector.
• Strong background in social media marketing, including strategy development, content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences across both print and digital platforms.
• Confident presenter with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with varied audiences at events and outreach activities.
• A customer-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to adapt to different personalities and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Comfortable with international travel and working in cross-cultural environments.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential, particularly for recruitment efforts and outreach in China.
