As an E-Commerce Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the online sales operations of the Company and the Group's entities. You will be responsible for managing all e-commerce platforms, improving user experience, and driving sales and revenue growth by developing and executing e-commerce strategies, expanding market reach, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and improve the online customer experience journey
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, technology advancements, and regulatory changes related to e-commerce, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with teams from other departments and entities to deliver a seamless, integrated E-Commerce experience and customer satisfaction
  • Create marketing collaterals such as banners, promotional graphics, email templates, and other visual assets to support various e-commerce campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze key E-Commerce metrics and data, such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, customer retention, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as marketplaces, systems providers, and agencies, to expand the E-Commerce business and improve the ecosystem
  • Adhere to the e-commerce budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to online sales and customer data security
  • Any other skill development or ad-hoc task as assigned
