Job Scopes:

1. Assist pharmacists in medication processing, including typing, packing, labeling, and distributing drug supplies to relevant departments.
2. Perform billing tasks and address enquiries related to payments and subsidies.
3. Train new staff in billing and cashiering procedures.
4. Dispense medications and educate patients under pharmacist supervision.
5. Ensure adherence to Good Dispensing Practices and regulatory requirements.
6. Monitor stock movement and billing transactions using appropriate systems.
7. Review inventory regularly and coordinate stocktake exercises, including discrepancy investigations.
8. Plan manpower, organize cleaning routines, and support hospital activities and staff development.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science / possess Pharmacy Technician Certificate
2. Good interpersonal skills and good problem solving skills.
3. Familiarity with billing systems and customer service in a healthcare setting.
4. Ability to coordinate stock control, staff training, and performance appraisals.
