Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the full payroll process, including using Info Tech Payroll system.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and handle government forms (IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A/B).
  • Manage government-paid leave and claims filing.
  • Address staff inquiries related to benefits and payroll.
  • Assist with additional HR functions, ad-hoc projects, and other assigned duties.

Minimum Requirements
  • Knowledgeable in Employment, CPF/Foreign Workers Levy Acts.
  • Holds a Diploma in Admin/HRM.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing large headcounts.
  • Independent, hands-on, with strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
