Clinic Assistant | Up to $3k | Novena

Salary: $2000 - $3000
Location: Novena
Working Days: 5.5 days
Working hours: Mon-Fri - 9-5pm // Sat 9-1pm

Job Descriptions:

1. Administrative duties

• Answering phone calls and email enquiries
• Scheduling of appointments
• Attending to patients' enquiries
• Registration of new patients
• Retrieval, organizing and preparing of patient's casenotes
• Tracing of laboratory and radiologic reports
• Other adhoc tasks given by the Clinic Manager

2. Front Counter duties

• Discharge patients and dispensing of medications accurately
• Assist patients with payments or charges.

3. Clinical duties

• Taking patient's vital signs
• Assisting doctors in minor procedures
• Provides chaperone role
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the premises and consultation rooms
• Ensure accurate translation of doctors' schedule into Plato
• Sterilize medical instruments and sanitize designated areas

Job Requirements:

• Clinic experience is preferred
