Roles & Responsibilities

• To report to the Company Director directly;

• Prepare tendering douments and tender strategy also the pricing sorcing;

• To responsible for the overall planning, scheduling and resource deployment of the project ;

• To coordinate and attend to site/ project meetings and all other project matters;

• To work with customer, subcontractor, consultant and project team to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of the project with quality workmanship;

• To manage customers complains and service expectations and liaise with customers closely;

• To inspect and ensure all operational procedures and service rendered are in compliance with statutory requirements and internal standards;

• To ensure all project mandatory documentation is properly maintained;

• Manage the day-to-day operations in the most effective and efficient manner;

• Establish and execute the Preventive Maintenance Programme for office and ensure that all equipment / facilities are functioning efficiently;

• Liaise with government agencies and insurance agencies when required;

• Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company Requirements:

• 8 years or above in road inspection experience

Softskill

1. Able to communicate and have good writing skill in English

2. Have good knowledge in computer skill such as Microsoft Office, Design softwares and Autocaad.

3. Able to deliver quality works under short deadline.
