Indoor Sales Executive (West)

Responsibilities

• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls when necessary.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Handle potential customers' enquiries, complaints and gather feedbacks/comments on products/services and direct to relevant departments.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Explaining, demonstrating and upselling features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competitors' products and services.
• Researching and identifying new leads.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Coordinate with Sales & Warehouse team to ensure efficient customers' satisfaction and timely delivery
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Admin or relevant
• 3-5 years of working experience
• Sales & Marketing knowledge is advantageous
• Common software skills are a must
• Pick up from Jurong East MRT
