Coordination and supervision building/ structural and architecture work.

Planning, managing and ensuring the smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned from inception to completion within the specified time frame and of the desired quality.

Site administration and management which include site safety and control of materials.

Monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detail work programmers.

Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of works on site to meet targets.

Monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detail.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Ensure that work are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements.

Assist the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in the planning and execution of the Project's work.

Monitoring of project activities including work progress and quality adherence to specifications, performance of main-contractors' manpower requirement and to ensure that proper recording and or documentation of site works are carried out in the most efficient cost-effective ways.

Stringent checks on safety and quality during both planning and implantation stages.

Check progress claims from consultants/contractors to ensure payment are in order and according to the terms of appointment. Prepare periodical progress reports and to attend all meetings or briefing required by the senior management.

Requirement:-

-Effective at written and verbal communication in Chinese and English

-Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

-Experience in RC Sub-contractor work

-Leadership ability and team player
