Job Purpose:

Lead and support ERP system implementation and improvement projects using Dynamics 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle ERP projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline are met.
• Act as a trusted advisor to translate business needs into ERP system solutions.
• Collaborate with users to gather requirements and deliver tailored Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support, including user training and system updates.
• Manage and coordinate change requests and ongoing system enhancements effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' ERP project management or consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules.
• Completed at least 3 end-to-end ERP implementations in a lead consultant role.
• Skilled in writing functional specifications and translating business needs into solutions.
• Experience in application support, user training, and change management processes.
