工作职责:

根据课程计划,提供生动,清晰且充满活力的授课内容。

制定课程计划和资源,支持学生的学术成功。

与学生和家长建立良好的关系。

及时提供反馈,帮助学生充分发挥他们的潜力。

工作要求:

至少拥有学士学位或同等学历。

熟悉最新的教育部(MOE)课程大纲。

能够为不同学习水平定制教学材料。

具有充满活力且易于接近的个性。

具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

对教学充满热情,乐于帮助学生取得成功。

候选人必须能在平日晚上,周末工作。

有教学经验者优先。

Responsibilities:

- Deliver dynamic, clear, and engaging lessons based on lesson plans.

- Develop lesson plans and resources to support students' academic success.

- Build strong relationships with both students and parents.

- Provide timely feedback to help students reach their full potential.

Requirements:

- At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Up to date with latest MOE syllabus.

- Able to customize teaching materials for different learning levels.

- A dynamic and approachable personality.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.

- Candidate must be able to work on weekdays evenings, weekends.

- Candidate with teaching experience will be advantageous.
