Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Automation Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in distributing automation solutions across various industries. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting products tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions for automation technologies and applications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to offer demonstrations and consultations for automation products.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to offer strategic insights.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or higher qualifications from ITE, Polytechnic, or University in Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service, particularly in automation or electronics industries, is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Technical aptitude to understand and promote automation solutions confidently.
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally to meet clients and attend events.
