To assist the Assistant Manager F&B Sales to achieve revenue targets by selling all outlets and private rooms providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times while maintaining appropriate sales programmes and handling multi-faceted projects.

To assist the Director/ Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to track all revenue and analyse the data of all financial records.

Ensures all confirmed business files are properly handed over, in accordance to events standard, to Food & Beverage Planning team for the event execution.

Assists the Director of Food and Beverage / Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in all stages leading to the preparation and distribution of all monthly financial reports and analysis.

Assists in the preparation of special statistical reports as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage / Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.
