Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

• Architect, design, and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the project.

• Provide technical expertise and advice to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee code quality, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.

• Manage the technical risks of the project and suggest mitigation strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience (12+ years) in a technical leadership or senior developer role.

• Strong proficiency in [Java, JavaScript, Microservices, PL/SQL etc.].

• Hands-on experience with modern software development frameworks, tools, and methodologies.

• Solid experience in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile development practices.

• Hands-on experience on WebLogic Server

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.

• Knowledge of software design patterns, architectural best practices, and coding standards.

• Ability to balance technical requirements with business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture, serverless, or other modern development paradigms.

• Knowledge of database management system (SQL) and performance optimization.

• Previous experience in leading and managing a team.

• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.

• Prior experience in OBMA(Oracle Banking Micro-service Architecture) would be an added advantage.
