Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth daily operation of retail stores that you are assigned to operate.
- Ensure area sales target is achieved.
- Ensure each outlet hits the individual outlet target.
- Motivating and managing the assigned retail outlets staff.
- Ensure proper execution of marketing promotions and all communications.
- Participate in operations promotions, advertisement, sales training.
- Ensuring cleanliness and service quality of assigned retail store.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales HOD and assigned outlets, disseminating information and directives to Branch Managers and teams.
- Review Daily Sales Reports of assigned outlets, identifying problems and suggesting improvement measures to optimize performance.
- Review customer feedback and incident reports, ensuring necessary actions are taken and facilitating After-Action Reviews (AARs) for improvement.
- Perform related, ac-hoc duties/tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of similar experience in the Beauty/Spa industry
- Powerful motivator with strong leadership skills
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Able to lead a team of max 15 staffs
- Strong command of spoken English and Mandarin. Must be able to speak in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
- Positive attitude and mindset, able to roll with punches
- Highly initiative with strong problem-solving skills and constantly having a positive mindset
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays and retail hours
