Job Description

• Inspect or supervise architectural works

• Coordinate projects including liaising with clients, authorities, and any other 3rd parties

• Coordinate works between OGP offices

• Maintain project documentation and procedures

• Attend work-related meetings

• Any other duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or a related field.
• Accredited certification as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) by the [relevant professional body, e.g., Singapore Building and Construction Authority (BCA)].
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural site supervision.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural practices, building codes, and construction safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
