The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing, global eCommerce team focused on bringing our industry-leading sports and health supplements to people in over 114 countries. Reporting to the Head of e-commerce performance, you will be part of an e-commerce team and responsible for the daily operations and ongoing management and optimization of our multi-market Shopify Plus e-commerce sales platforms.

What You'll Do

✅ Day-to-day product optimisation and merchandising to capitalise on conversions

✅ Uploading of all new products and updating for any major inventory changes within different regions

✅ Drive, monitor and update the website navigation and UX

✅ Gift card and discount code allocation for internal and external promotions

✅ Monitor web analytics and internal data sources to improve experience

✅ Sales, inventory and product velocity reporting as needed

✅ Promotional activity set up

✅ Product and collection / category management for SEO purposes

✅ Web content setup, including educational materials and articles

✅ Contributing to ongoing innovation across our eCommerce platforms as well as research into new available extensions and apps to improve conversion and user experience

What You'll Bring

As a positive and energetic self-starter you have a love of digital marketing and in particular eCommerce and digital marketing:

Confidence working across multiple websites

Demonstrated knowledge of eCommerce markets

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Experience with Shopify Plus sales platforms and/or other ecommerce platforms.

Knowledge of Tapcart, Insider advantageous but not essential

Working knowledge of HTML and SEO principles

Degree qualification in marketing

Knowledge of project management software such as ASANA, Monday is advantageous
