8.30am - 5.00pm | Saturday 8.30am - 1pm

As a Funeral Advisor, you serve as an important touch point for our customers, where you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to grieving families. We are looking for individuals with empathy, patience, and who are willing to learn and rise up to the challenges.

You will learn:

• Managing clients' expectations and guiding them in their time of need
• Funeral process for various religions, including the different rites etc.
• Procedures for after death care
• Excellent customer service standards
• How to conduct and manage funeral processes, including liaising with suppliers, performing eulogy etc.

Your duties include:

• Recommend packages, products and services, according to customers' needs
• Advise and guide customers on funeral customs and traditions
• Plan and execute funeral event according to customers' needs
• Collection and transportation of deceased
• Performing a variety of tasks during the funeral process, such as providing assistance during funeral rites, closing of caskets, etc.
• Collaborate with and lead the funeral service team to ensure efficient delivery of service and in accordance with SOPs, regulations and laws
• Prepare and conduct eulogy according to families' needs
• Offer counsel and comfort to families of the deceased
• Collaborate and build effective relationships with customers and external vendors
• Conduct site visit during the wake duration
• Upholding consistent and excellent service standards and professionalism

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driving licence is required
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Sales / Customer Service / Events Planning / in Funeral Services industry
• Minimum GCE O Levels and above
• Willing to do shift work and work overtime (including weekends and public holidays) when required
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese to serve our range of english and chinese speaking clientele
• Empathetic in dealing with bereaved families
• Good coordination and organization skills

• Good time management skills
