Job Description

As a Barista at KYO KOHEE, your role will encompass a variety of key responsibilities:

• Prepare and Serve, crafting a wide range of beverages, from expertly brewed espresso drinks to specialty teas, matcha, and creative seasonal offerings.
• Customer Engagement, taking orders, offering recommendations, and engaging in friendly, meaningful conversations.
• Maintain Cleanliness & Organization, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the café and workstations.
• Quality Service, delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
• Coffee Equipment, operating and maintaining coffee equipment, ensuring all machines are in optimal working condition.
• Inventory Management, assisting with stock management, including inventory checks and ensuring supplies are replenished.
• Team Collaboration, working closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and create an efficient and supportive environment.

Requirements

• 5-6 Day Work Week: Monday through Saturday (rotating shift).
• Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment, maintain attention to detail while keeping up with high energy.
• Positive & Team-Oriented, a friendly, adaptable attitude and a passion for collaborating with others.
• Eagerness to Learn, a growth mindset and a willingness to develop your skills.
• Language Proficiency, ability to communicate effectively in spoken English.
• Previous Experience, previous experience in a barista or customer service role is preferred but not required. We'll provide full training!
