Job Description
  • Respond professionally to incoming queries on mental health
  • Assess clients' needs and make appropriate arrangements and recommendations (e.g. fixing of appointment for emotional support)
  • Provide clients with information on relevant intervention and support, and liaise with other agencies, as required
  • Play an advocacy role for misconceptions in mental health (e.g. planning events)
  • Identify and escalate emergency and crisis situations to supervisor and assist in the coordination and conduct of crisis resolution
  • Prepare, update and document all records and reports accurately, coherently, promptly and thoroughly according to organizational procedures to ensure compliance, and ease of review and retrieval
  • Complete assigned tasks and necessary reports on time
  • Other administrative support or adhoc duties as required by the organization

Work Model
  • 3 Months' Probation with basic mental health training and buddy system

Requirement
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Word)
  • O Levels, N Levels, Diploma
  • Read & write emails

  • Able to work independently
  • Have the passion to serve in the mental health industry
  • Matured
  • Patient
  • Responsible
