Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our APP/WEB platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product planning, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires a global perspective on user needs, innovative thinking, and a solid understanding of industry trends, particularly in the crypto or trading product sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive product plans for the APP/WEB platforms, showcasing strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
2. End-to-End Product Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of user-facing product features, including requirement analysis, solution design, and resource coordination for seamless project implementation.
3. User Experience Optimization: Focus on improving user conversion rates and enhancing the overall user experience by refining core user pathways.
4. Global User-Centric Approach: Maintain a global perspective on user needs, guiding the team to align product direction with international market demands.
5. Industry Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, conduct in-depth analysis of user scenarios, and contribute to the creation of innovative product features.

Requirements:

1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of product management experience. Experience managing products with tens of millions of users is a plus.
2. Learning and Innovation: Strong ability to learn quickly and think innovatively to drive product development.
3. Execution and Coordination: Proactive, results-driven, and skilled in communication and resource coordination to ensure efficient task execution.
4. Market Insight: Ability to quickly identify market demands and trends, with strong competitive analysis skills and a sharp understanding of market dynamics.

6. Industry Experience: Prior experience in the crypto industry or with trading products is highly preferred.
