We have an exciting career opportunity for the position of Facilities Operations Executive and invite industry professional to join us in our mission.

Job Description:
  • Plan and implement standardised processes for managing property and facilities maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist in developing property maintenance procedures, including inventory management and support for school events.
  • Prepare, review, and manage annual budget requirements for maintenance and capital replacement projects.
  • Maintain and update property lists and maintenance checklists.
  • Oversee compliance with all relevant agency requirements.
  • Process and maintain lease agreements, including managing rent payments and other arrangements between landlords and tenants.
  • Plan and conduct regular preventive inspections for all buildings and facilities.
  • Plan and conduct corrective maintenance and repairs for all buildings and facilities.
  • Ensure building maintenance tasks are carried out according to schedule.
  • Report any deviations from building and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee daily estate maintenance operations to ensure technical staff and contractors meet performance expectations.
  • Address any fault reports submitted by school staff.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or ITE in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Building, or other relevant fields.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in Facilities Management.
  • IT proficiency, with the ability to troubleshoot projector issues and basic PC or other simple faults.
  • Hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
  • Be comfortable with rotating shift hours, and able to manage potential emergencies at all locations at any hour.
