\tAdministrative Support:

• \tAssist Project Manager in scheduling and managing meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes

• \tMaintaining project documentation and files, including updating and distributing relevant information

• \tCreating and updating project timelines, Gantt charts and safety documents as per MOM regulations

• \tAssist Project Manager in Managing project calendars and deadlines

• \tHandling basic data entry and reporting for Project Manager

• \tCoordinating travel arrangements for project team members

\tLogistics and Procurement:

• \tAssist Project Manager in procurement processes

• \tEnsure Company Store is maintained in an organized manner

• \tKeep track of inventories and ordering of store supplies as and when needed



\tProject Monitoring and Reporting:

• \tTracking project progress against timelines and budget

• \tIdentifying potential issues and escalating to the project manager

• \tAny other task or responsibility assigned by the company
