They are looking for an Assistant General Counsel.

Job Description

This role reports to the General Counsel.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted strategic advisor and drive business success.
• Partner with senior management, providing insightful advice and navigating high-value commercial agreements.
• Lead a team.
• Manage international contracts, and play a pivotal role in special projects like M&A and overseas expansion.
• Develop your leadership skills, resolve complex disputes, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic, global company.

The Successful Applicant

• Admission to the Singapore bar, alongside an LLB (Honours) degree from a well-regarded university
• Over 12 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in cross-border corporate and commercial matters, with a preference for IP/technology or project experience.
• Effectively manage stakeholders and team
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently at the same time
• Equipped with strong analytical and communication skills
