Job Responsibility:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching for improvement.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of sales personnel
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, including inventory coordination, delivery timelines, and showroom management.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports to the executive team on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Use sales data and customer feedback to adjust strategies and improve processes.
- Set pricing strategies in alignment with market positioning and profit margins.
- Monitor sales budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Furniture or similar industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
