Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Team Leader in overseeing all assigned architectural projects.
- Coordinate design and project-related matters between clients and consultants.
- Organize, monitor, and ensure timely submission of drawings according to schedule.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with contractors and consultants on technical issues.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent in Building Architecture.
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in architectural practice.
- Experience in HDB projects will be an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of local building codes and regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM software.
- Familiar with government authorities' submission requirements.
- A good communicator and team player who can work well at all levels.
