The Opportunity

We're looking for a Design Director with a killer eye for craft, a mind for big ideas, and a thumb that's always on the pulse of culture. You'll be a key creative within the team, setting the visual direction across campaigns and content, with a strong focus on social media. From thumb-stopping content to bold integrated campaigns, you'll bring ideas

to life with style, smarts, and scroll-stopping flair.

Key Responsibilties

• Lead, inspire and elevate junior teams across design and art direction
• Drive the visual vision for new business pitches and existing client campaigns
• Champion ideas that work across platforms - from TikTok to TVC
• Award-worthy craft, from concept to execution
• Present creative work with clarity, confidence and conviction - -
• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to make the impossible, possible

Ideally

• Media-agnostic mindset. You think beyond formats and channels
• A killer eye for art direction. You sweat the small stuff and obsess over the big picture
• Deep understanding of social platforms, digital content, and how to build thumb-stopping creative
• Experience challenging briefs and pushing for the bold and brave
