Job Description & Requirements
PIINACLE SERVOVALVE SERVICES PTE LTD. Singapore
Primary Condition:
We are looking for an Administration Officer based in Singapore.
Educational background related to basic accounting.
Fluent in English both in speaking and writing.
Administration responsibilities:
a) Handle Payroll and Compensation plan.
b) Liaise with Govt. bodies, on Employment Passes, S Passes, etc.,
c) A person with knowledge of employment laws and statutory regulations would be preferred. Point of contact for HR enquiries.
d) Maintaining of employee's data/ Personal records / leave records/ daily attendance etc.
e) Administrative matters/housekeeping covering the Office.
ACCOUNTS ROLE:
a) Quarterly GST submission
b) CPF E-Submission every month
c) Preparation of staff expense statements.
d) Preparation and issuance of Payment Vouchers, Issuance of Cheques
e) Monitoring of Inward and outward funds.
f) Collection of Pending Payments and monitoring of outstanding payments.
g) Preparation of monthly accounting statements, reporting and documentation as per IRAS guidelines
h) Taking care of Bookkeeping and accounting of petty and sundry expenses (Hard and soft copies).
i) Submission of Weekly cash flow statement and Follow up reporting to the Management.
j) Dealing with banks for routine work like deposition of cash/ cheque and withdrawals/transfer of funds as per requirement.
k) Interaction with bankers by preparing & submitting proposals for bank finance / Bank Guarantees/performance bank guarantee.
l) Knowledge on and its corresponding documents and keep it handy for easy access.
m) Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.
n) Assist in audit accounts.
Basic Requirements:
a) An initiator with a strong work ethic.
b) 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
c) An educational background related to accounting.
d) Knowledge of logistics to handle project shipments.
