Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Telesales Staff to join our dynamic recruitment firm. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our recruitment services, and fostering strong client relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell recruitment services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to their requirements.
• Meet and exceed calls KPIs.
• Accurately record client information and update the database.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telesales or recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive skills.
