Key Responsibilities:

Heterogeneous Integration: Engage in the complete process of component preparation and assembled them into fully functional modules.

Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various high-tech instruments used in the heterogeneous integration process, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.

Process Support: Manage equipment readiness, ensure the availability of processing materials, and perform critical tasks in the integration process.

Inspection and Analysis: Conduct metrology inspections and analyse colour coded data to ensure the highest quality and precision in integrated modules.

Qualifications:

Diploma or ITE graduate in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics, Physics. Applied Sciences or Industrial Engineering.

Experience in semiconductors device fabrication or packaging and assembly equipment operations or processes will be added advantage

Strong communication skills, industry awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
