The Nurse Manager (Oncology) will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing the nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Nurse Manager will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership & Operations

• Oversee daily clinical services, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Staff Management & Development

• Supervise nursing staff, manage recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment.

Patient-Centered Care

• Enhance concierge services, optimize patient experience, and promote holistic, evidence-based care.

Resource & Strategy Optimization

• Manage costs, streamline processes, ensure inventory availability, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

• Work closely with medical providers, administrative teams, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and clinic efficiency.

Oncology Specialized

• Demonstrates nursing competencies for oncology patient in a specialized Oncology Clinic
• Participate in consultations with radiation oncologists and be capable of doing the required tasks.
• Maintain and care for tools and supplies such the emergency trolley, oxygen tanks, medical supplies, clinic supplies, and blankets.
• Exhibits assurance and competence when preparing patients for all radiation therapy procedures, including cannulation, CT simulation, radiation therapy treatment, and post treatment.
• IV cannulation / Blood taking for patients

Other other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse in Singapore
• Valid nursing licensure with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and appropriate certifications
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in nursing
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with 2 years of management experience
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of nursing practices and procedures
• Experience in Oncology Clinic
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
