Social Work Associate

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
Location: Buangkok
Salary: $2600 - $2900

Social Work Associate will be working with the youths staying in an institutional facility, which focus on community rehabilitation.

List of responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Conduct needs assessment to develop suitable programmes, developing risk assessment and manage risks involved in programmes.
• Plan for, lead and facilitate programmes- Implement appropriate assessment tools to develop and evaluate group work outcomes.
• Develop and plan group processes and specialised intervention strategies
• Facilitate, evaluate and review group therapy/therapeutic group work sessions to ensure relevance and effectiveness for the population of residents
• Apply restorative practices, including planning and facilitating a restorative circle
• Support case management, include preparing, and attending all necessary case-related meetings.
• Develop / maintain good working relationship with stakeholders, including parents and schools- Able to complete all the paperwork required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Work with prior experience of mentoring and working with youths.
• Prior experience in working with youth-at-risk would be an advantage.
