Sunnystep is looking for a dynamic Product Merchandising Manager to drive product strategy, optimize assortments, and maximize sales performance across retail and e-commerce channels. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a strong understanding of consumer trends, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the right products reach the right customers at the right time.

You will also be responsible for:

• Product Strategy & Assortment Planning
  Develop and execute product merchandising strategies aligned with business objectives.
  Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine product assortments.
  Identify opportunities for new product development based on consumer needs and market gaps.
• Inventory Management & Demand Planning
  Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
  Manage product lifecycle, including launch timing, replenishment strategies, and end-of-life clearance planning.
  Forecast sales and demand to inform production and buying decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Partner with the Marketing team to develop compelling product stories and promotional strategies.
  Collaborate with Retail and E-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  Work with the Design and R&D teams to align product development with consumer preferences.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting
  Monitor and analyze key merchandising KPIs, including sell-through rates, margin performance, and SKU productivity.
  Provide insights and recommendations to improve product mix, pricing, and merchandising effectiveness.
  Prepare reports and presentations for leadership teams on product performance and opportunities.
• Pricing & Promotions
  Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance profitability with market competitiveness.
  Coordinate with the Marketing team on promotions, markdowns, and bundling strategies to drive sales.
• Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams:
  Partner with the Marketing team to align product launches with marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
  Provide product insights and recommendations to the Sales team to drive sell-through and sales conversions.
  Collaborate with business development teams to identify new market opportunities and product placements

We would want to speak with you if you are / have -

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product merchandising, retail buying, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for consumer products, footwear, and lifestyle brands.
