Job Description
Requirements
- Ensure that construction projects follow contracts and regulations.
- Inspect materials and workmanship.
- Perform tests to check the quality of materials.
- Prepare progress reports for their clients.
- Read and interpret drawings and details of projects.
- Represent clients on construction sites.
Requirements
- Registered and valid RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
- Possess the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSSC)certificate;
- Min. 5 years of working experience in Residential development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be willing to do shift work
- Familiar with PPVC Construction, Autocad and BIM would be advantage.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possessed class 3 driving license
- A recognised Degree or Diploma from university/polytechnic in the relevant discipline such as Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Well-versed in Technical Detailing and Drawing and Construction Technology
