• Oversee the design of a variety of residential and commercial landscape consultancy projects

• Support and advise client on the requirements & obligations in each project & answer their queries positively

• Deliver proposal presentations to clients for approval

• Develop concept proposals as well as tender & construction drawings for presentation to clients & submission to consultants and contractors

• Prepare tender landscape specifications & other necessary documents

• To ensure project development is within design brief/schedule & cost

• Keep records of correspondence & reports

• Oversee progress of the landscape construction, visit sites to ensure compliance with specifications and approve quality of materials and work

• Attend project/technical/consultant meeting where required

• develop and manage content for social media platforms (eg Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc)

• create visual content (photographs, videos, graphics) and respond to queries from customers

• design promotional materials for online campaigns, including newsletter, social media posts & blog articles

• assist in maintaining the company's website, ensuring it's up-to-date with the latest projects, testimonials & design trends

• be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc)

• measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc)

• acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

• understand new marketing trends and prepare new channels to reach customer

• Any other duties as and when assigned

• at least a Diploma in landscape design or horticulture related field & experience in digital marketing tools

• Fluent in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup etc.)

• Conceptualize and develop design to meet design objectives

• Creative, organise and able to translate conceptual ideas that are both workable and functional

• Good interpersonal skills

• Team player with discipline time management and quality control

• Result oriented and able to multi task between numerous projects

• Meet deadlines for design deliverables
