Overall job objectives
• Assisting the sales team in contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have up-to-date sales and marketing collaterals.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
• Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
• Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Organise delivery logistics to customers
• Prepare and pack orders correctly for delivery
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
• Monitor and organize inventory and track products for sale
• Creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
• General administrative work
• Adhoc duties as required
Job specifications
• Experience in a Sales Coordinator or Administration role is preferred
• Team player with a positive learning attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel to generate reports
• Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, results oriented and pays attention to detail
