Responsibilities

• Craft content and translate all text related to advertisement, promotions, products descriptions, and publications.
• Develop high quality and effective marketing materials that align with the overall Brand Strategy, Marketing Collaterals including flyers, brochures, posters, etc.
• Responsible for development, creation and maintenance of marketing / publicity collaterals and e-marketing communications on our website and social media platforms.
• Proof-read to ensure all communications and marketing collaterals to the public is accurate, clear and consistent.
• Work closely with key internal team for event management and execution for our annual company events.
• Project management of key project such as our annual 12 Chinese zodiac publications and all advertisements promotion write-ups in English and Mandarin.
• Support the development and maintenance of the corporate website to build brand presence.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills that able to communicate well with China and Taiwan counterparts.
• Basic Design, Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must.
• Possess good knowledge of social media platform and online analytics.
• Able to commence work immediately.
