Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to manage and ensure timely and accurate invoice submissions. This role involves handling customer portals, maintaining organized records, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate smooth financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely invoice submission to customers via portals or email.
  • Accurately input invoice details for submission.
  • Maintain and update customer portals related to invoicing.
  • Keep organized records of invoices, including tracking numbers, submission dates, and customer communication.
  • Liaise with sales and finance teams to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
  • Ensure confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Perform other administrative and finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
