• oversee stock levels of finished goods within F&B retail and forecast demand accordingly
• analyse and monitor consumption trends
• maintain master data and negotiate terms with suppliers/vendors
• monitor procurement cost and seek for cost-savings opportunities

skills and experience required

• min. 5 years of relevant experiences within FMCG/Retail handling food (finished goods) products.
