RF Instrument Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales for our cutting-edge RF instrumentation products, including spectrum analyzers and signal generators. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in promoting innovative solutions to clients in RF, telecommunications, electronics, and other industries.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for RF instrumentation products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and grow the existing customer base.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
-Provide technical expertise and support to customers, working closely with the engineering team.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design campaigns and materials tailored to clients.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, tracking performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, seminars and conferences.
Qualifications:
- ONLY Singaporean and Singapore PR may apply
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of sales success in RF instruments, electronics, or related industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of RF instrumentation, including spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Renumeration:
Basic + sales commissions
