A dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator offering strong support to the International Business Project Management Office (PMO) team in Project Coordination by tracking, delivery and shipment of products.

• \tProject Coordination:

o\tAssist on execution of the project plan by tracking Project obligation and monitor project status

o\tAssist with scheduling project tasks and keeping the project status up to date with accurate information.

o\tArrange and prepare document for delivery/shipment and Prepare for billing document.

o\tAssist on purchasing of items and Coordination for overseas travel.

• \tMarketing Coordination:

o\tEnsure marketing inventory availability and working condition for exhibition.

o\tRegistering / Administration of products for marketing.

o\tProficient in handling product shipment for overseas market.

• \tDocumentation & Reporting:

o\tKeep track of project files and ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible.

o\tAttend to relevant administration and documentation required for project startup, execution and closing.

o\tMonitoring of configuration and service status of each delivered equipment.

• \tStakeholder Communication:

o\tOrganize, attend, and taking minutes for project meetings

o\tExperience on visitor management.

Requriements:

• \tDiploma in Engineering or a related field

• \t2 years of experience in project coordination or related areas

• \tStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• \tWorking location is in Ang Mo Kio

• \t5 days work week

• \tPreferably able to commence work within short notice
