Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Summary: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating all operations and projects related matter with various team. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reports and requests are delivered on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
1.\tAssist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentation and documenting minutes.
2.\tCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
3.\tMonitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan, escalating to Service Delivery Manager (SDM), Project Director (PD) any necessary requirement from customers.
4.\tPlan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the managers, team leaders and members
5.\tClear and open communication with customers on operations and project issues or clarifications.
6.\tAssist in creating of PowerPoint presentation and Excel documents.
7.\tProvide administrative support as needed, such as managing project-related correspondence and other ad-hoc duties.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
• \tDiploma or equivalent
• \tProven 3 years' experience in project coordination or project management support roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• \tStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• \tExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• \tExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• \tAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, analyse data, and propose solutions.
• \tAdvance skill sets in Excel and PowerPoint
• \tAdaptability and flexibility to navigate changing project requirements and priorities.
• \tExperience in Government IT projects is a plus.
