Spanning 18,000 square feet with stunning city skyline views, C.O.T.U features five unique concepts: Dashi Skypool, Enso steakhouse with Japanese flair, The Whisper Room cocktail bar, Little Birdie progressive cocktail bar, and Dashi Go-Go boutique ultra-lounge.

Overview :

• Keep cleanliness levels to a high standard throughout these dedicated areas and assist in relevant operational duties and processes
• Complete all required standards checks and inspections as required
• To keep cleanliness within all areas a consistently high level of expectations, creating a memorable experience for every guest
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedure
• Adhere to Singapore's health and safety standards and protocol
• To adhere and fully understand chemical usage and safety
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Acknowledge all guests according to the company standards

General Cleaning:

• Sweeping, Mopping, and Vacuuming: Maintaining cleanliness of floors and carpets.
• Dusting: Removing dust from surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Sanitizing and Disinfecting: Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch areas, such as door handles, light switches, and countertops.
• Trash Removal: Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
• Surface Cleaning: Wiping down desks, tables, countertops, and other surfaces.

Specific Areas:

• Restroom Cleaning: Cleaning toilets, sinks, mirrors, and other restroom fixtures.
• Kitchen and Breakroom Cleaning: Cleaning kitchen appliances, countertops, and food preparation surfaces.
• Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning: Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and upholstered furniture.
• Window Cleaning: Cleaning windows and glass surfaces.

Other Responsibilities:

• Stocking Supplies: Restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries (hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels).
• Equipment Handling: Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, mops, and floor scrubbers.
• Following Safety Procedures: Adhering to safety and health standards, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintaining Organization: Keeping cleaning areas tidy and organized.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
