- Perform scheduling of assignments for corporate clients
- Assign and co-ordinate driving assignments with bus drivers according to clients requirements
- Receive and manage feedbacks. Suggest ideas to improve workflow
- Daily monitoring of transport operations. Coordinate with stakeholders in case of contingencies
- Report and maintain records of incidents and accidents for future review
Requirements
- Responsible and meticulous team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate with English and Mandarin speaking clients
- Able to respond to contingencies before/after working hours
- Working Hours: Mon to Sat
