This is for an 18-month assignment for an employee from the Zurich office to upgrade the legacy eAsset solution in Asia, aligning with the Bank's Crealogix carve-out strategy where the person will focus on the following:

1. Analyse gaps between new eAssets CH and legacy eReporting Asia

2. Build-up/transfer the engineering squad to Asia

3. Start delivery of identified GAPs to be able to decommission legacy e-Banking Asia

The person will be responsible for:

• Definition and implementation of the Initiatives as prioritised through the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, with impact measured by Objective and Key Results (OKRs) also to deliver on in-scope run responsibilities as measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Prioritisation of the agile team's backlog, and management of dependencies across teams within and outside of the Operational Value Stream (OVS) 4 in collaboration with the Product Manager (PM) and other stakeholders
• Prioritisation of demand within their agile team(s) at Feature level to maximise sustainable business value delivery within available capacity
• Working with the customers, the PM, and other stakeholders to define and prioritise stories in their agile team backlog, taking into account client needs, market trends, competitors and regulatory/technology evolution
• Definition of functional requirements and standards for vendor-delivered products, together with the PM

and the main tasks would be:

• Defines and maintains the product vision and roadmap for their product(s)
• Manages and prioritises the product backlog together with the customers
• Prepares for and participates in refinement and planning meetings
• Contributes to Epics and Objectives; defines Initiatives and Key Results jointly with the PM and stakeholders
• Tracks value delivered compared to the agreed OKRs/KPIs and takes corrective action with the OVS leadership and other stakeholders as necessary
• Defines and implements improvement Features/Stories with the team that will increase their effectiveness (velocity), improves the quality of the product, supports efficient development, release and system maintenance or mitigates risks
• Manages risks, issues and dependencies according to governance processes
• Coordinates dependencies with POs and other stakeholders
• Participates in governance processes and team capacity planning
• Provides production sign-off for product/capability
• Works with System Architect to agree product roadmap and Application Responsible to agree technical design and implementation approach
• Manages business-related suppliers/partners for the product
• Ensures definition and adherence to appropriate quality standards for underlying product / capability (e.g. UX design)
• Ensures that incident management processes are implemented and supports escalations
• Collaborates with other POs within and outside of the value stream and actively participates in Community of Practice for PMs / POs
